WARRANTY POLICY

For Gold & Diamonds :

Lifetime warranty includes repolishing services for Gold and Diamonds products.

1. How to Raise a Warranty Claim :

1. To initiate a claim, follow these steps :

• Visit our Store . 
• Carry the original product and invoice (digital or printed)
• Store staff will guide you through the process and arrange for QC

If store is not accessible to you then in that case:-

1. Take a clear photograph of the affected item.

1. For any assistance or queries, please visit our support page at:

• Subject line: “Warranty Request – [Your Order Number]”
• Description of the issue
• Photo evidence

1. Once approved, self-ship the product to  our store:

1. Share courier details and AWB number in the same email thread.

Additional Notes :

• Claims are subject to inspection and validation by the support team.
• We will  reserves the right to decline a claim if the issue does not fall within warranty terms.

 

BUY BACK POLICY

For Diamond & Gold Jewellery : 

Eligibility

• Product must be in good condition
• Cannot be claimed if the product has already been processed under the Lifetime Warranty Policy
